Who you are buying from
You may not have heard of us yet, so here is the short version. Exos Door is an online store for interior doors. It is run by a company called Riverside Millwork Group, a door and trim supplier in Waterloo, Ontario that has worked with home builders across Southern Ontario since 2005. The doors you see here are the same doors Riverside puts into new homes. The rest of this page explains why the prices are low and what happens after you order.
Exos Door itself opened online in 2026 as Riverside's online store. It sells Riverside's overstock inventory (doors left over from builder projects) along with the everyday products you see in most homes: interior doors, the frames they hang in, Weiser lever handles, hinges and trim.
Why our prices are low
If our prices look low, you might wonder whether the doors are any good. That's a fair thing to wonder, and we'd wonder too. The answer comes down to how the doors are bought.
Riverside orders doors in for builders and developers, the companies putting up new homes across the region. When a project is finished and doors are left over, we sell that leftover stock at wholesale value, meaning the kind of price a builder pays. We also buy in bulk, the large quantities it takes to supply those projects, which brings down the cost of every door.
So a low price here does not mean a lower-quality door. It means you are paying close to what a builder pays.
What happens when you order

Order online. Choose what you need and pick the options on the product page, such as size, style and finish. Not sure what fits? Ask the chat assistant or send us a message before you order.

We get it ready. We pick your order from our stock, or order it in for you if we do not have it on hand. If your order needs machining, we do that at our Waterloo facility. Machining means cutting the hinge pockets and latch cutout so a door fits its frame out of the box.

Pick it up for free. When your order is ready, we email you. Then come to 520 Conestogo Rd, Waterloo, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Look for the Riverside Millwork Group sign on the building.

Or we deliver it. Our own truck delivers across much of Southern Ontario, from Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph out toward Hamilton, London and the Toronto area. The delivery fee depends on how far you are from Waterloo, and our Shipping Policy lists the ranges. Smaller items such as handles and hinges also ship across Canada by parcel.

Visit our showroom
Visit our showroom at 520 Conestogo Rd, Waterloo, by booking an appointment through the form. Showcasing our wide variety of interior doors, trim and a wall of handles and locks you can try.
Visits are by appointment on weekdays and take about 30 minutes. Fill in the form, pick a day and time, and a member of our team will email you to confirm.
We confirm your visit by email. If you book again with the same email, the new time replaces your earlier request.
