Free pickup

Pick up your order free at 520 Conestogo Rd, Waterloo, Ontario. Orders are typically ready within 2–4 business days; orders that include custom cutting or machining may take a little longer. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Local delivery (Southern Ontario)

We deliver doors and full orders throughout Southern Ontario. The delivery fee is based on your distance from our Waterloo location and is shown at checkout. Local delivery is free on orders over $1,000.

Doors

Because doors are large and heavy, they're available by free pickup, by local delivery, and by shipping within Ontario. We don't ship doors outside Ontario — customers outside our delivery area are welcome to arrange pickup.

Handles, hinges, and other small items ship across Canada at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Processing times

Most orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Orders with custom machining, prep, or cut-downs may take additional time. We'll keep you updated by email.
