We are based in Waterloo, Ontario. Every order can be picked up free, and we deliver doors and full orders with our own truck, priced by the distance from our shop. Small items like handles and hinges ship across Canada. Doors are never mailed or couriered, so pick the option that fits where you live.

Free pickup (Waterloo)

Pick up your order free at 520 Conestogo Rd W, Waterloo, Ontario. Door slabs are usually ready the same day or the next business day. Doors with hinge or lock machining and double-door pairs are ready in 2 to 4 business days. Sizes marked "ordered in" on the product page are brought in from our supplier for you: the door reaches our shop in 2 to 5 days and your order is ready in about 1 week. When your order is ready, we email you a ready-for-pickup notice. Pickup is walk-in, with no appointment needed, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Riverside Millwork Group building, 520 Conestogo Rd W, Waterloo, where Exos Door orders are prepared. Come in through the front entrance and give the front desk the name on your order, or pull up to the pickup door and call the number posted on it; your order is brought out to you. The notice also includes a sales order reference number as a backup. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notice before coming in.

Delivery by our own truck

We deliver with our own truck, and the fee depends on how far you are from our shop at 520 Conestogo Rd W, Waterloo. Distance is the one-way driving distance from our shop as measured in Google Maps, with toll roads not included. Fees are in Canadian dollars and are before tax (HST is added). Delivery is free when your order subtotal, before tax and delivery, is over the amount shown for your range.

• 0 to 20 km: $20 (free on orders over $1,000)
• 21 to 50 km: $100 (free on orders over $1,200)
• 51 to 150 km: $150 (free on orders over $5,000)
• 151 to 300 km: $200 (free on orders over $10,000). Checkout offers delivery for addresses up to 160 km from our shop; if you are farther than that, contact us before ordering and we will arrange your delivery.
• More than 300 km: a quote is required. Contact us with your address and what you would like before ordering.

Choose delivery at checkout and the fee for your address is shown and charged there. Checkout can only offer delivery to addresses up to 160 km from our shop. If you are farther than that, please contact us before ordering and our team will arrange your order and delivery with you. After checkout, a sales representative will reach out within 24 to 48 hours to confirm your delivery date; there is nothing to book online. Delivery is usually scheduled 4 to 9 days after your order is placed when all products are in stock. If your order includes products that are not in stock, such as sizes marked "ordered in", it may take a few days longer, depending on when the products come in. If the delivery fee does not work for you, you are always welcome to pick up free instead.

Doors and jambs

Doors and jambs are large and heavy, so they are available by free pickup or local delivery only. We do not ship doors or jambs by courier or post.

Handles, hinges, and other small items

Small items ship across Canada at a flat rate shown at checkout.
