We are based in Waterloo, Ontario. Every order can be picked up free, and we deliver doors and full orders locally with our own truck. Small items like handles and hinges ship across Canada. Doors are never mailed or couriered, so pick the option that fits where you live.

Free pickup (Waterloo)

Pick up your order free at 520 Conestogo Rd W, Waterloo, Ontario. Most orders are ready within 24 to 48 hours; orders with custom cutting or machining can take a little longer. When your order is ready, we email you a link to book a pickup time that suits you.

Local delivery

We deliver within about 120 km of our Waterloo shop, which covers Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and the surrounding area. Most local deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 business days. After checkout, you book a delivery day online. The delivery fee is arranged when you book, not at checkout, and depends on how far you are from our shop:

• Up to 15 km: $15
• 15 to 30 km: $50
• 30 to 80 km: $100
• 80 to 120 km: $150

All fees are in Canadian dollars. Outside our delivery area? You are always welcome to pick up instead.

Doors and jambs

Doors and jambs are large and heavy, so they are available by free pickup or local delivery only. We do not ship doors or jambs by courier or post.

Handles, hinges, and other small items

Small items ship across Canada at a flat rate shown at checkout.
