At Exos Door, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are cut and machined to your specifications, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Final-sale / custom items (non-returnable)

The following are made to order to your measurements and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Doors that have been cut down or resized
• Doors with custom machining or prep (hinge prep, lock/latch prep, or other prep)
• Casing or door stop cut to length
• Any item built or modified to your specifications through our Door Builder

Please double-check your measurements before ordering. We machine to the dimensions you provide and cannot accept returns for sizing errors.

Returnable items

Uncut, unmodified stock items — standard-size doors, jambs, and hardware — may be returned within 15 days of pickup or delivery, provided they are:

• In their original, unused, and uninstalled condition
• Undamaged and free of marks, paint, stain, or drilled holes
• Ideally in their original packaging

A $30 restocking fee applies to each returned item. Return shipping or drop-off is the customer's responsibility, and return shipping costs are not refunded. Returns may be dropped off at 520 Conestogo Rd, Waterloo, Ontario, or shipped to us at your expense.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 5 days of receiving it with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email exosdoor@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds (less the $30 restocking fee) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
