A plain flat trim board made from MDF, which stands for medium density fibreboard: a smooth engineered wood board with no grain and no knots, so it takes paint well. New stock at a clearance price. Use it as casing (the trim around a door or window), as baseboard (the trim along the bottom of a wall), or anywhere you want a simple flat trim line.

• What it is: A flat trim board, sold by the piece, and every piece is 14 ft long.
• Edges: Eased two edges means the two long edges of the face are softly rounded instead of sharp, for a plain, modern look.
• Finish: Primed white, so a base coat is already on and it is ready for your paint.
• Sizes: Four sizes, listed as thickness by width: 1/2" x 2-1/4", 15/32" x 2-3/4", 1/2" x 3" and 1/2" x 3-5/8".
• About the photo: the image shows the profile and finish. Its proportions may not match your chosen size exactly, but they are very close.
• Price per piece: 2-1/4" $7.00, 2-3/4" $8.40, 3" $5.88 and 3-5/8" $7.00. That is 50 cents a foot for the 2-1/4", 60 for the 2-3/4", 42 for the 3" and 50 for the 3-5/8".
• Cut to 7 ft: A 14 ft piece will not fit in most vehicles, so on request we cut pieces into two 7 ft lengths. Ask through the Contact page when you order.
